A client of ours started their own collection process of a £15,000 debt in March 2009. They took the debtor to court, gained a Judgement and were offered a £30 per month payment. In March 2012 they approached us for help. We advised that we could possibly gain full recovery in a short space of time. Through our intervention, after being given the go ahead in June 2012. The money was recovered at the end of September 2012. Our invoice was submitted and guess what………..Yes, it wasn’t paid !!
Every chance was given for the client/debtor to pay us, however they refused. We took them through the County Court system and can now report full payment has now been made following the court case.
