Can you believe how ill informed creditors can be. Although a County Court Judgement was gained by a creditor last week and the debtor given 14 days to pay. The creditor believed that the debtor would just roll over and pay the County Court Judgement – Hello, wake up!
Was the research done by the recovery company and Solicitors prior to going after this debtor? Did they know the Limited liability company already had a number of Judgements? Did they know the company had stopped trading? Did they know what assets the company had?
Had they taken a credit report? If we were the client these are the questions we’d be asking the Gloucestershire based Recovery company and Solicitors. I’d be reluctant to pay their bill…..
This ladies and gentleman and would be clients is why if you deal with Solicitors you can be sure of one certainty……….receiving an outrageous bill…..In this case I’d be wanting answers to a lot of questions.
